Driver is unable to log in on Driver app

Check that the latest version of the app has been installed. Go to Appstore/Playstore, check if the app needs updating. Enable automatic updates for the app.

Check that the correct credentials for the driver is being used. They may have more than one account setup in the back office. Ensure they are using the driver account email address and password.

Lastly, go to

Apps in settings > storage > clear data > clear cache. 

iOS


No data required to be cleared.

Now remove and reinstall DriverApp.
