Get started with Driver Tracking

Back Office



To get started using the delivery tracking, you would need a PAID subscription which you can subscribe to via the APP STORE in the back office of your store. 

Go to Setup > App Store > Subscribe  

3 subscriptions which are available :

Delivery Dashboard - Track your drivers (if they have the app) and orders in real time from your browser
Driver Apps Metered -  At a fixed price at delivery - Track your drivers and automate your order completion
Delivery Management Bundle  - Get both subscriptions by automating your deliveries with drivers apps and a real-time dashboard!

The most ideal subscription, is the Delivery Management Bundle , having orders less than 300 per month will cost you more if you go for separate subscriptions than buying the bundle subscription monthly which will cost you cheaper in the long run!

Once subscribed, step 2 :


Setup > Online Ordering> Delivery :
> Driver tracking > Yes > 
> Use Driver App > Yes

If previously using another 3rd party integration for delivery management, don't forget to disable it).

Ensure driver/s, to use the Driver app, have their email and password setup in Back Office and are assigned Driver role.


POS



Online POS Terminal > Sync Now to get the updated settings.
Restart all the POS applications on all terminals.
You should now see the Driver tracking icon (Scooter) in the top right corner of the Track Screen.

Download the Driver app onto your phone from the links below or by searching "Driver"
Google Play store
Apple App Store

Enter the Email and password for the Driver as entered when creating the driver in the back office.
