Setup Call Centre

You will need


Admin role in the Company
Active Company domain setup

Add a new user with the Role Call Centre Agent to any ONE of your stores, only.
Best to name this user "Call Agent" or something similar as this name will be shown in the top right hand corner when placing the order.
Note this user can be used by many call centre agents for now, even concurrently, so it enough to create just one agent.

Store: App Store > Call Centre : Subscribe

Call Centre will be now be available for all subscribed stores at > www.mysite.com/callcentre
