How do promos and deals work on the POS?

Back Office:



Ensure you have created the deal in the Back Office by following this article.

POS:

The POS smartly selects the best promo depending on what is added to the cart at that specific time and day.
We do not support creating buttons for promos/deals, as that is not in the customers` best interest amongst other things.
When the relevant products associated to a deal have been added to the order tab, a red Save button will automatically show.
In order to activate the promo/deal, select this red button. Thereafter, the discounted prices will be applied to the products in red and the total price will reflect the promo/deal.

How can I apply multiple Promos & Deals?





Add all items as usual for 1st Promo.

Apply the discount by pressing the red 'Save' button that appears.

Now repeat 1 & 2 as required for any further Promo(s).



(Note: Each promo/deal must be applied with the saving first before moving onto next promo/deal).
