How to configure "Contact Us" on your Online Ordering Web

Prerequisites:

 MyOrderBox Back Office by visiting  https://go.myorderboxhq.com/



Enter your Credentials to log in.

Back Office:

Setup > Online Ordering > Website > Contact Form 



Contact Form Settings: 

Contact Form Label: It will Display the name of the Form which you will choose to write in the field.

Contact Form Description: It will Display the Description on the Contact Form

Contact Email: Write the Email on which you require the mail to redirect.

reCAPTCHA Site Key: The site key is used to invoke reCAPTCHA service on your site or mobile application.

reCAPTCHA Secret Key: The secret key authorizes communication between your application backend and the reCAPTCHA server to verify the user's response.

How to add reCAPTCHA

Click on Google reCAPTCHA Present Below reCAPTCHA Site Key and reCAPTCHA Secret Key

Fill in the details as shown in the image and press Submit.



Please Copy the codes into the Back Office and into the respective fields as shown in the image and press Update.



Contact Form Fields: 

You can add multiple fields to your own requirement.



Click on New Input Field shown in the red box and you’ll be redirected to the below-shown page.



Here you can enter the name of the new field, the type of the field, and the position of the field.

You can change the field type by clicking on the drop-down and choosing the required type and you can change the position of the field by changing the priority number as shown in the image.
