Our loyalty program is designed to reward your customers for their repeat business and enhance customer engagement.
This can be a powerful tool to encourage customers to order directly with yourself instead of using the Delivery Platforms.
Store: Setup > Loyalty Program
In the example above:
Your customers will earn 1 point for every £10 they spend on each online order.
Maximum points per order: Customers can earn up to 10 points per order.
Maximum points on account: Customers can accrue a maximum of 50 points.
Points Expiration: Loyalty points will expire after 12 months, encouraging frequent use.
In the example above:
They can redeem for every 10 points they have collected, £1 off their order.
Points can be earned on orders where points have been redeemed, further encouraging loyalty.
Deals Integration: Customers cannot redeem points along with promotional deals.
Minimum Cart Value: Redemption may require a minimum cart value, which can be customized as needed.
