This can be a powerful tool to encourage customers to order directly with yourself instead of using the Delivery Platforms.

In the example above:

  • Your customers will earn 1 point for every £10 they spend on each online order.
  • Maximum points per order: Customers can earn up to 10 points per order.
  • Maximum points on account: Customers can accrue a maximum of 50 points.
  • Points Expiration: Loyalty points will expire after 12 months, encouraging frequent use.


Redeem Points

In the example above:

  • They can redeem for every 10 points they have collected, £1 off their order.
  • Points can be earned on orders where points have been redeemed, further encouraging loyalty.
  • Deals Integration: Customers cannot redeem points along with promotional deals.
  • Minimum Cart Value: Redemption may require a minimum cart value, which can be customized as needed.
