Error shown
This usually indicates that something is corrupted, and in this case we suggest a reset.
This reset will restore to factory settings your POS application and therefore you will lose all orders currently on the POS, but will still see them in the Back Office.- Click on Search and type fully %LOCALAPPDATA%\MyOrderBoxV2
- Click on the folder shown in Search
- Delete both CacheDbV2 and the Settings.dat file
- Click on POS icon to start again
- You will need to enter your Admin username and password again to setup the POS again
- You will need to adjust your settings again for items like Printers.
