QR Code Table ordering
We offer the ability to have QR codes specifically linked to tables. This allows your customers to scan the QR code, and the user will be taken directly to the specific menu for that Table Area with the table pre-selected.
Your tables setup in the Back Office
Store > Setup > Online Ordering > Table Service > Save PDF / HTML preview
Here you will see any Virtual Brands you have set up and the corresponding QR code for each table per Virtual Brand.
As the only way to place a table order online is to use the specific QR code, you must print the QR code and place it on the specific table.
You have two options on how to do this
At product level - Simply disable Collection (Currently the Online Ordering does not support the Eat-In function)
At Virtual Brand level - Simply disable the products in the VB that you do not want to sell
The Collection price is used online currently, whether it be at product level of brand level.
On the MyOrderBox POS Table Dashboard, where you can see each Table and the corresponding order.
Only paid card orders are supported at the moment, not Cash orders.
