Setup Sunmi NT311 printer with MyOrderBox POS
This guide will walk you through setting up the Sunmi NT311 receipt printer via Ethernet on a Windows PC and configuring it within MyOrderBox POS.

Make sure the printer is powered off.
Load paper into the printer.
Hold the Feed button.
While holding the Feed button, turn the printer on.
Once it starts printing, release the Feed button.
The self-test page will print — note the IP address shown on it.

Make sure both the Sunmi NT311 printer and the Windows PC are connected to the same LAN network (via Ethernet).
Test connectivity by opening Command Prompt on your PC and typing:

If you receive replies, the devices are successfully connected.

Download the latest version of the Sunmi Cloud Printer installer.
Run the installer. If you see an error like MSVCP140.dll not found, install the Visual C++ Redistributable for your system (usually the x64 version).
Complete the installation.

Open the Sunmi Printer Utility Tool (installed with the driver).
Click Add Printer.
Select TCP/IP and enter the IP address from your self-test (e.g., 192.168.1.36) and port 9100.
Click Connection Test. If successful, the printer is correctly configured.

Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Click Add a printer > "The printer I want isn't listed".
Choose Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname.
Enter:
Device type: TCP/IP Device
Hostname or IP address: The IP from the self-test
Port name: Sunmi_NT311
When prompted for a driver, choose the Sunmi driver you installed.
Finish setup and print a test page.

Open the MyOrderBox POS application.
Go to Settings > Printers.
Click Assign Printer next to the appropriate printer role (e.g., "Kitchen Printer" or "Receipt Printer").
Select the Sunmi NT311 printer from the list.
Click Save and Test Print to confirm.

No test page?
Recheck the printer's IP.
Ensure no firewall is blocking access.
Confirm the printer and PC are on the same subnet.
Cannot ping printer?
Check cables.
Restart router and printer.
Perform the self-test again to confirm IP.
