How to setup VOIP Caller ID
To start you will need:
VOIP subscription
VoIP Phone handset (Please check with LiteFox if supported)
You would first need to get in touch with LiteFox & ask them to be integrated with MyOrderBox.
You are given a 14-day trial to test the caller ID out.
Once you have subscribed to LiteFox,
Please provide the following details to LiteFox to begin the onboard process:
Name: Store Name (Example: Your Store name)
URL: https://go.myorderboxhq.com/new_api_v2/litefox_calls/user_inbound_call
Secret Token: This is the STORES API key which is also known as the secret token.
Store API for store: Myorderbox back-office > Choose which store > Setup > Store Details > And at the bottom you will see the API Key which you will need to provide to them.
LiteFox will do the rest of the onboard process :
Porting existing numbers to LiteFox system or supplying a new number
Setup Webhook in the customer portal
Setup the call flow which will include setting up call queue, call recording, etc
Set up handsets to receive the calls.
On POS app > Advance settings > Apps > Turn on "Caller ID" and choose "VOIP Caller id" and turn on "Caller ID popup"
Then you would need to restart the software and go back into the application, and on the top right-hand corner of our POS system there is a visual indicator of the phone and if it is GREEN it means it is connected if it is RED it is not.
Go to Store : Reporting > Online Reports > Caller ID logs
This will show them all the incoming calls that have been made and how many POS terminals have picked up the Call details.
Your POS is now connected with LiteFox VOIP!
