Setting up your WisePad 3 card reader with MyFoodFast POS is an easy process that will allow you to accept card payments from customers seamlessly. Step-by-Step Guide

Enable Stripe Payments

- Navigate to the Setup section in the MyFoodFast Back Office.
- Go to POS > Payments and enable the Stripe payment option.1.

Power On the WisePad 3

- Press the power button located on the side of the WisePad 3 card reader until the screen turns on. Ensure the battery is charged or connected to a power source.

Enable Bluetooth on Your Device

- On your Android device, ensure Bluetooth is turned on.
- Go to the settings menu and confirm that your device is discoverable.

Open the MyFoodFast POS App

- Launch the MyFoodFast POS app on your Android device.

Create an Order and Select Payment Type

- Create your first order on the POS and select Stripe as the payment type.
- The app will automatically connect to a nearby WisePad 3 reader.

Testing the Connection

- Once paired, you will see a confirmation message indicating the reader is connected and Bluetooth icon will stop flashing on the reader.
- To test the connection, create a sample transaction using the MyFoodFast POS app and confirm that the card reader is responding correctly.

Troubleshooting Tips

- Connection Issues : If the card reader is not connecting, make sure Bluetooth is enabled, and the reader is within range. Restarting both the reader and the POS device may also help.
- Reader Not Discoverable : Make sure the WisePad 3 is in pairing mode. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the card reader until it shows that it is discoverable.
- Payment Not Going Through : Check that your Stripe account is correctly configured and has no restrictions.
