User Roles on POS
MyOrderBox POS has a number of user roles with varying access levels
- Admin - Full access
- Manager - Same as Admin however can not reset terminal
- Clerk - POS Usage - No access to XZread
Can't access advanced settings
Requires manager PIN for refund/Failing an order/Removing an item from order tab
Can apply set discounts but not manual ones
Can not Clock In/Out other members of staff
- Driver - Same as Clerk
- Chef - Same as Clerk
- Accountant - Same as Clerk
- Call Centre Agent - Same as Clerk
How do I add drivers to the POS?
- Go to the Back Office > Management > Staff > List > New User > Role > Driver > Save
