Default and Substitute Toppings

Management > Menu > Menu Setup


Create an Option e.g Toppings


On the right side you see Options


  • Add Option > Type the name of the option (Toppings)



  • Expand “+” on the Option (Toppings.)
  • Add Option Value > Enter the Topping name (Cheese)
  • Add the price for that Topping
  • Repeat the above steps to add as many Toppings as you need


Disable Option Value
  • Click on the edit icon next to X of the option value and uncheck Enabled > Save.


Sorting Option Values
  • By default all Option Values are given a position of 99, and sorted alphabetically. You can amend their position to sort them accordingly.


Add Option to Product


  • Select the product you'd like to add it to
  • Edit Product > Select the Option(s) to add to this Product

Add Default (Ingredients) and Substitute toppings
  • Select the Option you want to edit
  • Click on the checkbox for each Option Value (Cheese)


  • Default - Will set it as an ingredient of this particular Product (Pizza)
  • Substitute - Will allow the customer to be able to substitute default Toppings so that they can remove a default topping (Tomato) and replace it with (Onions) free of charge.
  • Active - Will set it as enabled for this Pizza.


Default Substitute


These settings will apply automatically for all Attributes (Size) of this Pizza.


  • Click Save Changes
