How do I sync my menu with LivePepper?

MyOrderBox acts as the Master menu management system, so all changes are done in MyOrderBox and then pushed to the relevant site.

After you have amended your menu as you would like then follow the guide below to push this menu to Hubrise.

Note this does not update your menu in LivePepper but rewrites your menu again with a fresh copy of your menu from My Order Box

Prerequisites

Go to App Store > All > API add on  > Subscribe

Back Office - Company (only if using Company Menu)

Go to Setup > Add Ons > Hubrise
Select Update Hubrise Catalog
After 20 seconds or so you should see a message saying "Catalogue updated successfully", and receive an email stating whether your import has been successful.
Check the email:

If you see in the subject line [Store Name] - Upload catalog - Failed,

Then scroll down to the body of the email to see why it failed.

You will need to go back in to the menu and fix these issues before trying to import again.

If you see in the subject line [Store Name] - Upload catalog - Successful, then proceed with the steps below.

You will see Hubrise Catalog id: xxxxx. Make sure the id is the correct id for the store in Hubrise (compare with the Catalog Id sent in your email).
Select Import from the menu panel, you will then be prompted for your LivePepper password with text "Your existing products are going to be removed. Enter your password to confirm."  Enter this and select Import from  Hubrise
After a few seconds, you should now see your menu updated on your LivePepper site.
