Make sure you have setup your Promos here > Company: Management > Menu > Promos and Deals > Promo Type

Manage Promos and Deals

It is possible to manage Promos and Deals on three levels after you have created them at Company level.

Company

You may Enable / Disable them here at the highest level.
Company: Management > Menu > Promos and Deals

Virtual Brands

You may Enable / Disable them at the Virtual Brands level to restrict which Deals apply to which Virtual Brands.
Company: Management > Menu > Virtual Brands > Deals
You may also override

Name - so it may be named something else in this Brand

Stores

When using a Company menu, you may wish still have your own Deals specific to your Store
Management > Menu > Promos and Deals

Any Deals created here would be in addition to the ones you have at Company level.
