Setup Grow Module
Setting up a grow module is for companies & individual stores, who are trying to grow their sales, by sending customers a Push Notification through the mobile App or an email via Mailchimp, with either a message or sending them a deal offer to catch their attention for them to click & re-order from your restaurant again.
Company: Grow > Marketing Lists > New Customer Lists
New Marketing List will show
- All the customers who have subscribed via Email, Phone & Mobile application
Depending on how you want to market to them, you can select from
Email campaign (will filter the list to only show those who have opted in to email marketing)
SMS campaign (will filter the list to only show those who have opted in to SMS marketing)
You can create a custom filter to send out a Push Notification, or export to Excel, to customers who have last ordered by setting a custom date.
Once you have set up the above filter, you can now set a condition by ticking the box by what option you have set.
As an example, the condition set below is set at any customer who has ordered on a Tuesday, spent £25.00 and also have redeemed a specific promo
Once this is set, create a list name & press customer list name
This will then show you a summary of the chosen filter you have set it as, once done, press Back
This will now take you back to the 'Listing Marketing Customers List' & you shall see the list you had created. Where it says 'Please select Marketing Type' > Select Push Notification:
This will now ask you to create a Push notification Title & Message to the customers, as you can see in the image below how it is been set :
Once completed, press 'Save', tick on Push now & press 'Sync'
This Push Notification message has now been sent to all the customers who have got your mobile application, if it has been set as Mailchimp, an email has gone to all your customers.
