Creating a Virtual Brand

Company: Setup > Online Ordering > Virtual Brands > New Virtual Brand

Assign stores to Virtual Brands

Once the VB is created > Show to define to which stores the VB will be connected to. There, add the store(s) from the drop down, for Delivery and Collection.

Linking Virtual Brands to Delivery Platforms

The Remote ID can be used in both Hubrise and Deliverect to link the orders to the correct Brand for reporting.

Setup a Virtual Brand Menu

The items on this menu will be the same as your real brand, but just marketed differently. Ensure all products are setup in Menu Setup

Company:  Management > Menu > Menu Setup

  • Edit Category > Virtual Brands > Add the Virtual Brand you want all Products in this Category to be assigned to
  • Only the Categories assigned to the Virtual Brand will be shown for that Brand

Change the prices here for the Default Brand, usually used on the POS and Online Ordering.

Company:  Management > Virtual Brands > Products > Select the Virtual Brand you want to edit

You can select Show Disabled if you want to enable any product from here

You can Override Product to edit the following details for each Product, if need be, otherwise the default details will be used

Change the In Store price here for each of the Virtual Brands

  • Name
  • Price(s)
  • Enabled either permanently or temporarily

Ex. for Testing VB we have created, we can change the name of the Pepperoni to Salami Pizza. Here you can see the name is Pepperoni:

When we change Override Product to Yes, we can change the name and the price of the item:

Also, when we change Enabled to Disabled and Temporary to No, we can disable the product so it won't be shown on the website, like on the pizza Polo below:

Do the above steps for all the Brands you have.

POS

When an order is received from a VBs` website, its' items will be printed with the relevant price and name. Also, it will be printed with the relevant VB name and website address. On the POS and on the KDS / Kitchen receipts - it will be shown as the original product from the actual brand.

Setting up VB websites
