Setup integration with Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats?

Now you can fully integrate with the likes of Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat platforms using our unique integration.

This allows you to sync your entire menu complete with images and prices with one click, and in return receive all your orders directly within the POS automatically.

MyOrderBox will fully support this integration in the case of any issues.

If you want to have the same menu and price on all the delivery platforms:
Use the "Delivery with commissions" price in Menu Setup on your original menu.

If you want to have different prices or to limit the menu for one or more of the platforms:
You should create the menu for each platform using our Virtual Brands, using which you will be able to sync a Virtual Brand directly and in turn push that menu to the relevant platform.

Menu sync

Store > Setup > Add Ons > Delivery Platforms >

Select the product price you would like to upload to the aggregators - usually "Delivery with Commissions"

If simply updating a menu (choose "Delivery with Commissions" as default)

Actions > Upload Catalog (You may preview it before if needed)
Once the menu has been pushed,  after 20 seconds or so you should see a message saying "Catalogue updated successfully", and receive an email stating whether your import has been successful.

Check your email -

If you see in the subject line “[Store Name] - Upload catalog - Failed”, scroll down to the body of the email to see why it failed. You will need to go back into the menu and fix these issues before trying to import again.

If you see in the subject line [Store Name] - Upload catalog - Successful, then proceed

Once your configuration has been setup by the support team,
When you Update Catalog, it will sync your entire menu directly to the Delivery platform, usually within a minute, so you do not have to worry about adding any ref codes etc.

Order statuses

Just Eat Statuses
Just Eat orders will be marked as:

Successful: The order has been accepted by the POS.
