To accurately calculate your driversโ€™ working hours and generate weekly reports, MyOrderBox allows staff to Clock In at the beginning and Clock Out at the end of their shifts. Hereโ€™s how to use this feature step by step.

๐Ÿ” Step 1: Clock In and Clock Out on the POS


  1. On the POS screen, drivers will see a Clock In / Clock Out screen.
  2. They simply tap Clock In (when starting a shift) or Clock Out (when ending a shift).
  3. They will then enter their unique PIN using the on-screen number pad to confirm.


๐Ÿ“ Note: Drivers must clock in and out for every shift to ensure accurate hour tracking.

๐Ÿ“‹ Step 2: Review Staff Hours


At the end of the week, you can view total hours worked and wages in the web portal:


  1. Go to the MyOrderBox reporting system.
  2. Navigate to Reporting > Staff Reports > Staff Pay.
  3. Select your store (e.g., Islington) and set the Period (e.g., Last week).
  4. Youโ€™ll see a breakdown by staff member with:


  • Hours Worked


  • Hourly Rate


  • Total Wages

๐Ÿš— Step 3: Check Driver Shift Breakdown (Optional)


For delivery-specific tracking:


  1. Navigate to Reporting > Staff Reports > Drivers Shifts.
  2. Choose your store and desired Period.
  3. Youโ€™ll see delivery performance details like:


  • Shift start/end time


  • Deliveries


  • Orders per dispatch


  • Average cost/fees per drop
